Bonjour! Sketch of the day in my art journal is of a savoie speciality which is the fondue aux cepes. It surely keeps you warm on a winters day.

Just my typical “showing off”: Two very different kinds of wine. I have made a note of the cèpes fondue for my next stay at les Arcs. 🙂

Oh. It must be like tasting Brouilly after having a bottle of Lalande de Pommerol… I understand. But then, since Cèpes are not always available.

The cepes really made it special. I’m never looking back to plain fondue after the cepes one x

Fondue aux cèpes? Another deli-sounding and looking dish.
Are you still skiing? Savoie? Hmm. What station?

Do you know the fondue rule – if you accidentally drop a piece of bread into the fondue, you have to kiss somebody who is at the table with you – have fun 🙂
