Sunday Hiking in Bukit tinggi. Sunday funday hiking into the jungle to renergize and rebalance, by absorbing negative ions through walking barefoot and connecting with mother nature. 🌲🌿🍃

My pleasure Carol. It is indeed a good feeling! ❤️

Thank you for following my blog …There is nothing better than being barefooted and in a nice stream or waterfall pool 🙂

Sounds idyllic. To be in a garden in the city is a sanctuary to be cherished 🌿

I thought as much. Which makes Asians very similar to Canadians and Scandinavians who take their shoes off the minute they enter a home. Any home. 🙂 They don’t want to bring the muddy snow in. 😉

You are right. Actually the little house I rent in Paris has a small garden with trees and plants, And a table where I’m writing on now. It is an incredible sensation to be able to do that in Paris. Write in the middle of a garden in the middle of Paris. 🙂
(Also gives me the pleasure of watering the plants and trees at night… very soothing)

Totally. I need to find somewhere this weekend for my forest bathing nature therapy session 🍃🌿💚🌲

Yes u are right in Asia will leave the shoes outside but that’s because Asian families have ocd and they don’t want to bring dirt into the homes. 😜

Ahh but you can go to the parks and be near to the trees and plants. That is better then nothing!!!

Haha! As a child in Africa i used to go barefoot. To the degree that I must have been ten when I got my first pair of shoes. 🙂
I also noted in SE Asia how important it is to leave your shoes outside. 😉

You are right to do so. I’ve mostly given up on Mexican nature. Too remote and vaguely dangerous. I miss the walks in the European forests too.

Considering I spend most of my day barefoot I think I’m most comfortable without shoes 😜

Yes but that’s the concrete jungle type with different effects. I always spend a lot of Time in nature. I thought I would share it since I love it so much 🌲💚🌿🍃

And that was a great photo of you. You seem to maintain the utmost elegance even barefoot. 😉

You seem to be doing a lot of hiking lately. 🙂 Very healthy.
I wonder whether walking miles and miles in the streets of paris can qualify as “hiking”?

Almost like a tarzan woman
