One of my favourite things to do in London is to go for a run or walk in the park. It’s something I don’t do back home.

Is freedom a privilege or a right?

Is freedom a privilege or a right?
If my dad was alive, this would be a discussion I would have had with him. Today is his birthday. Happy birthday dad. I love you always and you are always in my heart โค๏ธ

Perspective is everything

Eurasian Jay, Switzerland

Perspective is everything.
When you are stuck on something or feeling overwhelmed, step back and look at it from afar. That’s what I do.
I get stressed and anxious easily and that is a debilitating feeling when I can’t see or feel anything else. Now I remember to step back or meditate.

The spirit of the mountain

Alpine chough

The spirit of the mountain.

I love animals and The Swiss mountains are home to many birds which I watched from the comfort of my balcony.

I have a deep connection with the mountains and skiing which stems from my childhood. Watching the birds soaring free in the sky gives me a sense of peace and comfort.

Sketch of the day no 1208 in my moleskine sketchbook is of a yellow billed/Alpine chough.

Flamingo and bird pattern

Flamingo and bird pattern

What do you think?

I’ve been making patterns with my drawings. So many of my friends have been suggesting that i do this.

This one started with Felicity the Flamingo as the star and then adding other elements in to make it a complete design.

It’s early days and I’m still learning. So much to learn but endless possibilities.
