What’s your favourite topping?

I’ve given up dairy since lockdown in March just as an experiment from watching the game changer. I’ve been vegetarian for over 3 decades and I thought what heck, let’s try this and see what happens.
It’s been 6 months and I don’t feel any noticeable changes in any way nor in my workout recoveries. I am however highly allergic to dairy now. I had some yoghurt yesterday and my body went into shock so it means I may continue to be plant based for a bit longer. I haven’t decided. Let’s see what happens. 勞
If you’ve reached this far, have you gone plant based and how do you feel or have you considered to go plant based? ☘️

The edge options. Food for a cause. Tiffin illustrated by Tiffany Choong

It’s a huge honour to be part of this project and to be given the oppurtunity to showcase my art. The purpose of my art has always been to bring joy and to support worthy causes like this one. I am thankful to be asked to collaborate in this project to support those in need especially in this difficult time. My illustrations are on the Tiffin carrier. My Malayan tiger was originally painted to create awareness for our critically endangered national icon and it is even more meaningful that ‘Bulan’ the tiger gets to have a platform to fight for its survival and champion this cause.

BOSSTOGETHERMY is a series of monthly gastronomical collaborations from August to December with different local Food & Beverage (F&B) partners in support of the local
businesses and the community during this period.

10 % of the proceeds
will be donated to The Lost Food Project, co-funded between BOSS and the F&B partner.
For the first partnership, BOSS teams up with De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan to launch a truly
Malaysian menu in celebration of Malaysia’s National Day. Curated specially by multiple award￾winning chef, Datuk Dr. Chef Wan, this exclusive menu consists of a five course authentic
classic Malaysian meal.

Additionally, with every purchase of this menu, customers will receive a limited edition tiffin
specially illustrated by the very talented local artist Tiffany Choong. The illustrations celebrate
the diverse and colourful Malaysian wildlife, flora & fauna. The Malayan tiger has been
illustrated specifically by the artist with the hopes of creating awareness for the protection and
future survival of this critically endangered species.

This exclusive menu caters for 3-4 pax and priced at RM398++. Alternatively, customers can
choose to purchase a 3 course meal for one person at RM109++. Both options include the
limited edition tiffin.
As a celebration of this initiative, customers will also receive a RM100 BOSS Voucher with
every order of the BOSS x De.Wan Exclusive menu.

“We know that this period is extremely challenging for everyone and we would like to do our
part to support local businesses as much as we can and also to help the less fortunate
through The Lost Food Project. With this initiative, we hope that we can encourage people to
pay it forward as we all continue to do our little part to support the economy.” says Steven
Lam, Managing Director of HUGO BOSS South East Asia Pte Ltd.
